The Establishment of
SP Maths
SP Maths
​Established
2007 – Started as a home-based tutoring service
2014 – Officially registered with SSM and moved to the Permai Commercial District to establish a tutoring center
Gradually Grow
2015 – Officially upgraded to an education center
2016 – Invested RM90k to open the second SP Maths
2017 – Invested RM160k to open the third branch(TSP)
– Acquired a stake in Stamford Orchard International School
– Obtained Singapore national certification
– Cooperated with China Edinburgh Education Group (Huaqiao Joint Examination)
Gradually Grow
2018 - SP maths head office (HQ) was established at an investment of RM225k
- Received MIE‘s Best Education Award for the first time
- SP Academy College Puchong And Seremban was officially established
- Invested RM350k to acquire 28% of S.THOMAS International School
- Temple SP expanded to the bottom floor D6-G at an investment of RM250k
2019 - SP maths' annual total turnover exceeded RM700k
- Received Negeri Sembilan Top Ten Enterprise Award (Education)
- Officially established our Wisdom Mi Academy (homeschool)
- Nominated for the Top 100 Young Malaysians
Growing Challenges
2020 – The epidemic hit and we activated our reserve fund
– We changed the physical class to online class and purchased a lot of network equipment, computer equipment and disinfection equipment. Total costed RM180k
2021 – 80% of the reserve cash was used for enrollment and challenging reform in SP math.
2022 – MCO opened and students began to return to class and we also began to recruit students in large numbers
– Invested RM160,000 for billboards
Growth Recovery Period
2023 - Due to the impact of the pandemic, the administrative system is still recovering
- Recognized by the Malaysian Education Agency MIE and awarded the National Best Teacher and Founder Award
2024 – First attempt to distribute advertisements and host "Inquiry Month”
- Celebrate the 17th anniversary at TRX Aurum Cinema
- Launch branded mooncakes for parents
- Launch SP Maths uniforms
- Won the "Sin Chew Daily" Negeri Sembilan Top Ten Enterprises (Education) Award
